Free Weights Area

From your biceps to your gluteus maximus, our free weights area allows you to target every muscle group. Our free weights feature up to 30 KG dumbbells and premium leather benches.

Weight Machines

Please introduce yourself to strength training using our vast variety of weight machines, designed to isolate specific muscle groups while giving you the support you need and reducing the chance of injury.

Our excellent 15 meter heated pool is ideal for swimming, and our steam room and bubbling hot Spa Pool make this the perfect area to relax and unwind.
