Our festival wedding theme at Mercure Hull is ideal for couples who dream of an outdoor celebration surrounded by natural beauty, with a relaxed and carefree vibe. Whether you’re a free-spirited couple looking for an alternative wedding experience or simply love the festival atmosphere, this unique wedding theme is designed for you.

Looking for a festival themed wedding at Mercure Hull? We can tailor the package to your bespoke needs and requirements.

However, as a guide, our festival-themed wedding package can be designed for a minimum of 40 adult guests. It includes a civil ceremony room or outdoor garden space with Chiavari chairs. Your wedding host will guide you through the festivities, while WedFest wristbands which we’ll provide to your guests adds a fun touch.

Day time guests can enjoy a choice of reception drinks and three festival food stands, with a flute of Prosecco for toasting the happy couple. The evening moves indoors to continue the celebration with a disco and indoor dancefloor.

The package also includes a choice of hog roast or BBQ menu and a candy floss machine. Plus, discounted accommodation rates for guests, car parking, and a complimentary double room for the happy couple, including breakfast.

What’s Included

We can tailor it to your requirements but as a suggestion, we can include the following:

  • Civil ceremony room hire, or to be held inside or outside in our gardens
  • Cream chiavari chairs included
  • A Toastmaster
  • Wedfest wristbands for your day guests
  • Reception drink choice of two of the following; glass of gin & tonic served with fruit garnish, festival themed cocktail, bottled beer, bottled cider
  • Festival food stands to be served inside or outside for an allotted 90 minute slot during the day
  • A flute of prosecco per guest to toast the happy couple
  • Disco and dance floor for your indoor evening reception
  • Evening hog roast or BBQ menu
  • Candy floss machine manned by a member of our team for an allotted 60 minutes
  • A complimentary double room for the happy couple for the night of your wedding, including breakfast

Our Festival wedding package is for a minimum of 40 guests and prices start from £3,400 Sunday – Friday and £3,760 on Saturday.
