Looking for a festival themed wedding at Mercure Hull? We can tailor the package to your bespoke needs and requirements.

However, as a guide, our festival-themed wedding package can be designed for a minimum of 70 guests during the day and 100 guests in the evening. It includes a civil ceremony room or outdoor garden space with straw bale seating. Your wedding host will guide you through the festivities, while WedFest wristbands which we’ll provide to your guests adds a fun touch.

Day time guests can enjoy a choice of reception drinks and three festival food stands, with a flute of Prosecco for toasting and garden games. The evening moves indoors to continue the celebration with a DJ, indoor dancefloor and colourful festival-themed décor.

The package also includes evening sharing platters, a mini dessert table, and a candy floss machine. Plus, discounted accommodation rates for guests, car parking, and a complimentary double room for the happy couple, including breakfast.
