3-Course Wedding Breakfast – Here at Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, we offer a traditional three-course breakfast in our Luxury Wedding Packages with plenty of dishes to choose from. All dishes are freshly prepared in our kitchens by our team of talented chefs.
Finger Buffet Menu – We offer your evening reception a six-piece finger buffet menu within our Luxury Wedding Packages and our Evening Wedding Package. This menu has many great options to choose from and can be a completely cold buffet or a mixture of hot and cold. Along with your cake which we usually cut and serve to go out at the same time as the buffet, this provides plenty to keep your guests from getting hungry.
Afternoon Tea – If you want a more relaxed, less formal wedding breakfast, you could opt to offer your guests afternoon tea served buffet style. This could be an alternative lighter option more suited for hot Summer months with finger sandwiches, scones, miniature cakes and pastries. Who doesn’t love a British afternoon tea?
BBQ Menu – Want something different to our Finger Buffet for your evening reception? If you’re having a Summer wedding, why not upgrade to our BBQ menu, which we can serve from the BBQ in our Gardens or Courtyard, depending upon the suite you choose for your wedding?
Canapes – If you’re having your ceremony over lunchtime and need something to keep your guests going until the wedding breakfast, why not add canapes during your reception drinks and photos? This is a nice little touch to keep your guests from getting hungry before they sit for the main event.
Ice Cream from our Cedars Van – From May to September, you can have the option to add flavoured ice creams served in waffle cones with sprinkles, sauces and flakes during your wedding reception. You can purchase these as an add-on to your wedding package and place an ice cream token next to their place setting as a favour. These would be served from our Cedars Caravan at a time specified by you in our lovely gardens. What a fantastic treat for your guests on a beautifully hot Summer’s day.
Breakfast – On the morning of your wedding, if you are staying with us the night before, why not pop down and relax in our Brasserie restaurant and start your day with our delicious continental and traditional breakfast? If you are short on time, don’t worry. You can always take a tray back to your room and enjoy it there at your leisure while you are getting ready for your big day.
